Press Your Luck – HN Quick Draw Edition – Online Event

Hello, wonderful patrons and friends of Hardy & Nance Studios! We are excited to offer this super fun and limited time only event. For a minimum of $25 – one of our artists will be randomly assigned to render a drawing, painting, sketch, sculpture, photo etc of an image of your choice!! Portraits of people, pets, landscapes etc. We accept all challenges! Once complete, you will receive an electronic copy of the original art. You never know what style (or artist) you’ll get, which is part of the charm.
Our building has been closed to the public for the past few months- which has greatly impacted the business of our artists. We realize that everyone is struggling to make ends meet with the current state of affairs, and we thought this would be a fun thing to do for our community. Not everyone can afford to invest big dollars in art right now, but for those who have a few bucks to spare and want to have fun and support our artists – who are also trying not to lose their minds and would enjoy the opportunity to create for the community – we thought this event would be fun.
A special Thank You to our friends at @FriendsForLifeHouston – who inspired us with the Awkward Pet Portrait event – for their support & encouragement to plan and execute our own speed art for a few bucks.
$5 of every “job” goes to the studios to help with improvement projects and hosting our community.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Simple! You send us your image and payment through JotForm here: CLOSED
We will randomly assign your image/job to one of the 27 participating, in-house artists to render. They may choose to draw, paint, sculpt, digitally render, etc your image. You will then receive an electronic copy of the completed artwork. Hands free!
Have fun with your requests! This is a lighthearted way for us to provide something quick and entertaining for you and vice versa. We will share before and after images on the event page. When countdown clock runs down – no more submissions are allowed.
